{Beauty Review} Versace Eros Pour Femme

A zesty new scent has been added to my fragrance collection and it is one that you may be familiar with thanks to its extensive marketing campaign. The inspiration behind this newly released scent is centred around Eros, the God of love in Greek mythology and how he succumbed to the seduction of a beautiful women. The concept is carried through to the opulent golden bottle and multifaceted scent that I myself could not help but fall in love with.

Initially, the fragrance comes across as very fruity with top notes of Sicilian Lemon, Calabrian Bergamot and Pomegranate Grains. A touch of crisp green apple is thrown into the top notes, adding to the freshness. The scent then develops with base notes of Jasmine Sambac, Peony and Sandalwood. A unique depth is added to the fragrance by the woody notes, distinguishing it from other standard fruity and floral scents. But don't take my word for it, pop into a Stuttafords store and experience this seducing fragrance for yourself.
